The Rotate command is used in conjunction with Copy - By Selection command and allows you specify a rotation angle for pipes you wish to copy using the. To use the command select the Rotate command and then the angle (90, 180 or 270 degrees) then select the Copy - By Selection command.  You can access rotate command from the menu Draw->Rotate
