Global changes on all or selected pipes

The global changes command will allow you to make changes to all pipes in the system or to a selected number of pipes system, this will held you to make changes to a number different pipe attributes such as renumber the nodes, change the head code number or head area the pipe type or size.

 

To make changes to all the pipes in the current FHC project go to the menu Edit->Global changes on all pipes.  The global changes dialogue window will open and you can select the appropriate Tab for the changes you wish to make

 

To make changes to a selected number pipes go to menu Edit->Global changes on selected pipes.  Your FHC project will be displayed in a plan view you now need to select the pipes you wish to make changes to by moving your mouse to the top position and pressing the left mouse button, with the mouse button held down draw a rectangle to enclose all the pipes you wish to make changes to and then release the mouse button.
